The Nexia micro-RIC is one of the smallest rechargeable receiver-in-canal designs ReSound has made. For anyone who wants the device to disappear behind the ear, or who found earlier RICs a touch bulky, this is a real, everyday advantage. If discretion is high on your list, hold both in your hand at the clinic and you will feel the difference.

Premium performance in noise

Omnia's launch story was all about hearing in noise: a strong front-focus that lifts the voice ahead of you above surrounding chatter, useful in restaurants, family gatherings and busy streets. That capability has not gone anywhere. For a great many users, well-fitted Omnia performance is more than enough for daily life.

Often the better value now

As the previous flagship, Omnia typically sits below current-generation Nexia pricing while still delivering premium-tier sound. If your budget is firm, or you would rather put money into a higher performance level of Omnia than a lower level of Nexia, that is frequently the smarter trade. A higher tier of the older platform can outperform an entry tier of the newer one.
