Do you only sell hearing aids, or do you test honestly first?
We test first, honestly. Sometimes the problem is simply wax or a temporary infection and no aid is needed — we will tell you so and point you to an ENT if required. When a hearing aid will help, we are clear that it manages the loss and improves clarity rather than curing it, and we recommend only what suits the loss and budget.
