2.Who We Are
The Website is operated by Prudent Hearing Solutions ("Prudent", "we", "us", or "our"), a unit of Prudent International Health Clinic.
We are an audiology clinic offering hearing tests, hearing-aid sales and fitting, servicing and repair, and home visits, with clinics in Pune, Delhi, and Bengaluru. Our clinicians are RCI-registered audiologists (MASLP or BASLP).
3.The Website and Our Services
The Website provides general information about hearing health, our services, and the products we offer. It also lets you contact us and request appointments, quotes, price lists, and callbacks, including through our contact forms, booking forms, the price-list download form, and the on-site AI assistant.
The information on the Website is provided for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for a professional hearing assessment, diagnosis, or consultation with a qualified audiologist.
4.Enquiries, Appointments, and Quotes
Any enquiry, appointment request, quote request, or form submission you make through the Website is a request only. It is not a binding offer, booking confirmation, or contract of sale.
An appointment or a supply of any product or service is confirmed separately by our clinic, for example by phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person. We may accept, decline, reschedule, or ask for further details before confirming any request. No contract arises between you and us merely because you submit a request through the Website.
5.Accuracy of Information
We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and up to date. However, all information on the Website, including product details, prices, offers, specifications, features, and availability, is indicative only and may change without notice.
Product ranges, models, and features described by manufacturers may be updated from time to time. Any price or quote is confirmed by our clinic at the time of enquiry and may differ from information shown on the Website. We do not warrant that the content of the Website is complete, current, or free from errors.
6.Not Medical Advice
Content on the Website, including any output from the on-site AI assistant, is provided for general information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for a professional consultation.
Please refer to our Medical Disclaimer for further details. If you have a hearing concern or a medical condition, you should consult a qualified audiologist or healthcare professional, including at one of our clinics.

The current version will always be available on the Website, and your continued use of the Website after any update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
