This Privacy Policy explains how Prudent Hearing Solutions collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use our website or contact us. Prudent Hearing Solutions ("Prudent", "we", "us" or "our") is a unit of Prudent International Health Clinic. We are an audiology clinic offering hearing tests, hearing-aid sales and fitting, servicing and repair, and home visits, with clinics in Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru.

We are an independent retailer and fitting centre. We sell hearing aids made by Signia, Phonak, Widex, Oticon, ReSound, Starkey, Unitron and Interton; we are not the manufacturer of these devices. Our clinicians are RCI-registered audiologists (MASLP or BASLP).

This policy applies to personal data we collect through our website at https://prudenthearingsolutions.com, including our contact forms, appointment and booking forms, the price-list download form, and the on-site AI assistant. It explains your choices and the rights available to you as a data principal.

  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) - delivers the fonts used on our website; your IP address is sent to Google each time a page loads so that the fonts can be served.
  • Google Maps and Google My Maps - power the embedded maps shown on our location pages.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) - used only when you choose to start a chat with us through the WhatsApp button.
  • Facebook, Instagram and YouTube - our social media profiles are linked from our site; visiting them takes you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share it only in limited situations and only to the extent necessary.

We share data with the third-party service providers named above, who act as our data processors and may use it only to provide services to us. We apply heightened protection to sensitive personal data such as health and hearing information.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot give an absolute guarantee of its security.

10.Data Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as we are required to retain it under applicable law.

Once your data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

11.Children's Data

Our services are intended for adults. Where our services are needed for a minor, a parent or guardian is expected to act on the child's behalf.

We do not knowingly collect the personal data of a child without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian. We also do not knowingly track or behaviourally monitor children, and we do not direct targeted advertising at children.
