Rechargeable BTE (Li-ion)
A behind-the-ear aid with a sealed lithium-ion cell, so you charge it overnight instead of changing batteries. The BTE body carries more power than a slim RIC.
Signia · Advanced (5X) · Rechargeable BTE
The Signia Motion Charge&Go 5X is a rechargeable behind-the-ear hearing aid that comes in three power levels, so we can match it to how much loss you have: the standard 5X for mild to moderate, P 5X for moderate to severe, and SP 5X for moderate to profound. Battery life climbs with power too, from 24 up to 61 hours per charge. It is the Signia BTE to consider when a receiver-in-canal aid is not powerful enough.
An advanced rechargeable BTE on the Xperience platform, built to cover stronger loss. Here is what it does.
A behind-the-ear aid with a sealed lithium-ion cell, so you charge it overnight instead of changing batteries. The BTE body carries more power than a slim RIC.
The standard 5X fits mild to moderate loss, the P 5X fits moderate to severe, and the SP 5X fits moderate to profound, so it can be matched to your hearing.
Runtime climbs with power: 24 hours on the 5X, 30 on the P 5X and up to 61 on the SP 5X.
Runs Signia's Xperience platform, the first to combine acoustic sensors with motion sensors, so the aid adjusts when it detects you walking rather than sitting still.
Own Voice Processing keeps your own voice sounding natural, a common complaint for new hearing aid users. Spatial SpeechFocus is included at this level.
Direct streaming works with iPhone (MFi). For Android, direct streaming needs the StreamLine Mic accessory.
The Motion 5X is the rechargeable answer for stronger loss. It is not the right pick for every user.
The P 5X and SP 5X are built for moderate-severe and moderate-profound loss, where a slim RIC may not have enough power.
Up to 61 hours on the SP 5X means even a heavy day is covered, with no batteries to buy.
The motion sensors adjust when you are walking rather than sitting, which helps if you are out and about a lot.
Direct streaming is via iPhone; Android needs the StreamLine Mic accessory. If you want true universal Bluetooth on Android, the BCT 7IX is the better choice.
This is a behind-the-ear aid. For a hidden custom aid, look at the Insio 1IX or Intuis 3, though they carry less power.
If your loss is mild and you do not need this much power, the Pure 2IX or a simpler model may suit you at a lower price.
The Motion 5X is the powerful, rechargeable BTE in the line-up. Here is how it lines up against its siblings.
The 2IX is a rechargeable RIC that streams to both iPhone and Android directly, but with less power. Choose the Motion 5X when you need more power than a RIC can give.
See the Pure Charge&Go 2IXThe 7IX adds RealTime Conversation Enhancement and universal Bluetooth Classic for hands-free Android calls. Choose it if group conversation and Android streaming matter most.
See the BCT 7IXThe Fast P is a basic non-rechargeable BTE with no streaming. Choose the Motion 5X for rechargeable power, motion sensors and Own Voice Processing.

You can get up to 30-50% off MRP. The exact price is confirmed at your appointment once we know your loss and which power level (5X, P 5X or SP 5X) you need.
Hearing aids are GST-exempt in India under HSN 9021, so no GST is added.
0% EMI helps spread the cost. Every unit is genuine Signia with the full manufacturer warranty, and the charger is included.
Choosing the right power level is the whole point here. A hearing aid manages loss, it does not cure it.
Our RCI-registered audiologists (MASLP/BASLP) run a full 45-minute test at no cost to map your loss.
Based on your audiogram, we choose the 5X, P 5X or SP 5X and set Own Voice Processing so your own voice sounds natural.
You try the aid for real, including the overnight charging routine, before you decide. If it is more than you need, we will say so.
