The Signia Motion Charge&Go 5X is a rechargeable behind-the-ear hearing aid that comes in three power levels, so we can match it to how much loss you have: the standard 5X for mild to moderate, P 5X for moderate to severe, and SP 5X for moderate to profound. Battery life climbs with power too, from 24 up to 61 hours per charge. It is the Signia BTE to consider when a receiver-in-canal aid is not powerful enough.

What the Motion Charge&Go 5X is
An advanced rechargeable BTE on the Xperience platform, built to cover stronger loss. Here is what it does.
Three levels: 5X, P 5X, SP 5X
The standard 5X fits mild to moderate loss, the P 5X fits moderate to severe, and the SP 5X fits moderate to profound, so it can be matched to your hearing.
Up to 61 hours per charge
Runtime climbs with power: 24 hours on the 5X, 30 on the P 5X and up to 61 on the SP 5X.
Xperience platform, 5X advanced level
Runs Signia's Xperience platform, the first to combine acoustic sensors with motion sensors, so the aid adjusts when it detects you walking rather than sitting still.
Own Voice Processing
Own Voice Processing keeps your own voice sounding natural, a common complaint for new hearing aid users. Spatial SpeechFocus is included at this level.
iPhone direct; Android via StreamLine Mic
Direct streaming works with iPhone (MFi). For Android, direct streaming needs the StreamLine Mic accessory.

The Motion 5X is the rechargeable answer for stronger loss. It is not the right pick for every user.

The P 5X and SP 5X are built for moderate-severe and moderate-profound loss, where a slim RIC may not have enough power.
You want rechargeable with long runtime
Up to 61 hours on the SP 5X means even a heavy day is covered, with no batteries to buy.
You are active and on the move
The motion sensors adjust when you are walking rather than sitting, which helps if you are out and about a lot.
You are an Android user who wants direct streaming
Direct streaming is via iPhone; Android needs the StreamLine Mic accessory. If you want true universal Bluetooth on Android, the BCT 7IX is the better choice.
You want it invisible
This is a behind-the-ear aid. For a hidden custom aid, look at the Insio 1IX or Intuis 3, though they carry less power.
You have mild loss and a smaller budget
If your loss is mild and you do not need this much power, the Pure 2IX or a simpler model may suit you at a lower price.
