Signia Fast P BTE
The Signia Fast P is the most affordable hearing aid we fit at Prudent Hearing Solutions: a plain, dependable behind-the-ear model from Signia (WS Audiology, Germany). It has a 4-channel processor, a directional microphone and a telecoil, and it runs on an easy-to-find size 13 battery. There is no Bluetooth, no app and nothing to charge, which is exactly why some families choose it for a parent who just wants a device that works.

What the Signia Fast P is
A straightforward BTE built for people who want hearing help without extra features. Here is what it actually does.
4-channel processor
A simple 4-channel sound processor. It is a value model, so it does not have the many-channel processing of the higher IX and Xperience aids, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Directional microphone
A directional microphone that helps favour the voice in front of you, which is useful in one-to-one conversation.
Telecoil for phones and loops
A built-in telecoil for landline and mobile phone use, and for loop systems you find in some halls and banks.
Size 13 battery
Runs on a common size 13 disposable battery, easy to buy and change. There is no rechargeable option on this model.
Fits mild to severe loss
Signia fits the Fast P for mild to severe hearing loss. Your audiogram at the free test tells us whether it is right for you.

A BTE sits behind the ear and is visible. If discretion matters, a custom in-ear aid like the Intuis 3 or Insio 1IX suits you better.
You are tired of changing batteries
This model uses disposable batteries. If you would rather drop the aid on a charger overnight, consider a rechargeable Charge&Go model.
