IX versus AX versus NX, technology levels 1 to 7, and families named Pure, Styletto, Silk, Insio, Motion and more — it is a lot to decode. Entry levels trade off noise performance, so the Signia badge alone does not guarantee clarity in noise; the level matters.
Fall detection, activity and heart-rate tracking are a Starkey speciality, not Signia's. If those wellness features are what you most want from a hearing aid, Signia is not the brand built around them.
