Signia Insio 1IX Custom
The Signia Insio 1IX is a custom in-the-ear hearing aid built on Signia's newer Integrated Xperience (IX) platform. Its standout feature is Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0: an invisible aid is too small for two microphones, so the left and right devices exchange signals with each other to create directional hearing from a single microphone each. That is the usual trade-off with tiny aids, solved.
