Custom IIC/CIC/ITC/ITE
A custom in-the-ear aid moulded to your canal, available in invisible and small in-ear styles, so it sits inside the ear with nothing behind it.
Signia · Entry (1IX) · Custom in-the-ear (IIC/CIC/ITC)
The Signia Insio 1IX is a custom in-the-ear hearing aid built on Signia's newer Integrated Xperience (IX) platform. Its standout feature is Binaural OneMic Directionality 2.0: an invisible aid is too small for two microphones, so the left and right devices exchange signals with each other to create directional hearing from a single microphone each. That is the usual trade-off with tiny aids, solved.
An entry-level IX custom aid that keeps directional hearing despite its small size. Here is what it does.
A custom in-the-ear aid moulded to your canal, available in invisible and small in-ear styles, so it sits inside the ear with nothing behind it.
Built on Signia's IX platform at the entry 1IX level, with 16 channels of processing.
The left and right aids exchange signals so a single microphone each still points forward, giving directional hearing that invisible aids usually cannot manage.
Auto EchoShield helps in reverberant rooms such as temples and halls, where echo normally muddies speech.
eWindScreen reduces wind noise when you are outdoors.
Takes a size 10 battery in the CIC and IIC shells (312 in ITC/ITE). Offers app control, but the non-rechargeable CIC/IIC do not stream audio directly.
The Insio 1IX is for people who refuse to trade directional hearing for a hidden aid. It is not for everyone.
If you want an aid that stays out of sight but still points toward the voice in front of you, the Binaural OneMic system is the reason to pick this over cheaper custom aids.
Auto EchoShield helps in halls, temples and other reverberant spaces where speech usually gets lost.
You get app control from an invisible aid, so you can adjust settings without a device behind the ear.
The non-rechargeable CIC/IIC styles do not stream audio directly. If you want calls and music in your ears, a Charge&Go RIC like the Pure 2IX or BCT 7IX is the right choice.
This custom aid uses a size 10 or 312 battery. If you would rather not handle small batteries, look at a Charge&Go model.
The 1IX is the entry IX level. If you spend a lot of time in noisy group settings, the higher 2IX or premium 7IX add more advanced processing.
The Insio 1IX is where custom in-ear meets the IX platform. Here is how it lines up.
The Intuis 3 is a cheaper custom aid, but on an older platform and without Binaural OneMic Directionality. Choose the Insio 1IX for better performance from an invisible aid.
See the Intuis 3 CustomA behind-the-ear RIC that is rechargeable and streams from your phone, with 24 channels. Choose the 2IX if streaming and no batteries beat staying invisible.
See the Pure Charge&Go 2IXThe premium 7IX adds RealTime Conversation Enhancement and universal Bluetooth. Choose it if group conversation and wide device support matter most.

The Insio 1IX has an MRP of around Rs 51,990 per aid at the entry 1IX level.
You can get up to 30-50% off MRP. The exact price is confirmed at your appointment once we know your loss and chosen style.
Hearing aids are GST-exempt in India under HSN 9021, so no GST is added.
0% EMI helps spread the cost. Every unit is genuine Signia with the full manufacturer warranty.
A custom IX aid needs an accurate impression and careful setup of the binaural features. A hearing aid manages loss, it does not cure it.
Our RCI-registered audiologists (MASLP/BASLP) run a full 45-minute test at no cost to map your loss.
We take an ear impression and help you choose the right custom style, then set up the Binaural OneMic directionality across both aids.
The aid is programmed to your audiogram and you trial it for real before you decide to buy.
Cleaning, fine-tuning and app help are covered by free lifetime aftercare across Pune, Delhi and Bengaluru, with home visits available.
