The Signia Pure Charge&Go X is a rechargeable receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aid built on Signia's Xperience platform, best known for Own Voice Processing that keeps your own voice sounding natural rather than boomy. It suits adults with mild to severe hearing loss who want an all-day rechargeable aid that streams to their phone. One honest note up front: the Charge&Go X is Signia's 2020 Xperience generation, since succeeded by the Pure Charge&Go AX and the newest Pure Charge&Go IX. Mild to severe loss
With the right receiver (from standard to high power), the current Pure Charge&Go RIC covers roughly a 10 to 115 dB fitting range. That makes it a genuine all-rounder for mild, moderate and many severe losses. Profound loss is usually better served by a powerful behind-the-ear aid like the Signia Motion.
Rechargeable, all-day
The Charge&Go X uses a sealed lithium-ion battery and a simple drop-in charger. One overnight charge gives a full day of hearing, including streaming, so there are no tiny disposable batteries to fiddle with or replace each week.
Streams to your phone and TV
It streams calls, music and media directly to compatible iPhones (Made for iPhone) and to select Android phones over the ASHA protocol, usually Android 10 or newer. TV and other sources connect through Signia StreamLine accessories. The Signia app lets you adjust it yourself.
Own Voice Processing (OVP)
Signia's signature technology. Your own voice reaches your ears differently from other people's speech, which is why hearing aids can make you sound boomy or like you are inside a barrel. OVP treats your voice on a separate track so you sound like yourself while the world stays amplified.
Signia Xperience + Signia Assistant
The Xperience platform uses acoustic-motion sensors to sense whether you are still or moving and adjusts the sound to suit. The in-app Signia Assistant is an AI helper that answers questions and makes quick adjustments between clinic visits.

You have profound loss or want the newest chip
For profound hearing loss, a super-power behind-the-ear aid (such as the Signia Motion) is usually the better tool. And because the X is the 2020 generation, if you specifically want Signia's latest speech-in-noise processing you should compare the Pure Charge&Go AX and IX.
You need full hands-free calling or a custom in-ear shape
True hands-free calling arrived on Signia's later AX generation, so confirm call handling with your phone at the clinic. If you would rather have nothing behind the ear at all, a custom in-the-ear style like Signia Insio or the near-invisible Silk may suit you better.
Price and value in India
Straight talk on cost. The Pure Charge&Go X is the older Xperience generation and is no longer on Signia's current India price list, which carries its successors, the Pure Charge&Go AX and IX. Across that current Pure Charge&Go RIC range, single-unit MRP runs from roughly Rs 73,000 for an entry tier to about Rs 3.9 lakh for the top 48-channel flagship, with matched pairs (Kits, including a charger) priced higher. As an earlier generation, a Charge&Go X where still available typically sits below current AX and IX pricing. We do not quote one fixed selling price, because the right tier depends on your hearing test.

Is the Signia Pure Charge&Go X the latest model?
No. The Charge&Go X is Signia's 2020 Xperience-platform aid. It has since been succeeded by the Pure Charge&Go AX (Augmented Xperience, 2021) and the newest Pure Charge&Go IX (Integrated Xperience). All three share Own Voice Processing and the rechargeable RIC design; the newer generations mainly improve speech-in-noise processing. What is Own Voice Processing and why does it matter?
Your own voice reaches your ears partly through the air and partly through your skull, so amplifying it like everyone else's speech can make you sound boomy or echoey. Own Voice Processing (OVP) learns to recognise your voice specifically and processes it separately, so you sound like yourself while other people's speech stays clear. It is Signia's signature feature and a common reason people who disliked earlier hearing aids get on well with the Pure Charge&Go X.
Will the Pure Charge&Go X connect to my phone?
It streams directly to compatible iPhones and to select Android phones using the ASHA protocol, which usually needs Android 10 or newer and a supported handset.
