The Xceed runs on disposable zinc-air batteries rather than a sealed rechargeable cell — a size 13 on the Super Power model and a larger size 675 on the Ultra Power model — so you swap cells rather than dock it overnight. Those cells last a good while and are easy to handle. Its strong feedback control matters here: it lets the aid hold the high gain your loss needs without whistling, which becomes more important the more power you use.
